Core Values

At Roosevelt our core values are based upon the acronym of our school mascot. We are the RAM standing for Raising Achievement and Merit.

Through the implementation of a RAM Merit System; students will be rewarded when they demonstrate their buy-in to our core values.  The RAM Merit Systems aligns to our mission and vision in that we want to empower every child by believing in them that they can, will receive, and earn a successful educational journey.   The ways in which we intend to empower our RAM students are as follows:

•  Honor Roll and Principal's Scholars Recognition
•  Perfect Attendance Recognition
•  "Roosevelt Rockstars" (Students of the Month)
•  Eligibility for Extra-Curricular Clubs, Activities, and Sports Programs
•  Junior Honor Society
•  Kindergarten Moving On Ceremony
•  8th Grade Luncheon, Class Trip and Graduation Ceremony
•  "Dr. BC Caught Me Being Good" Store with RAM Bucks (Gucci Gold, Silver and Green Dollars have unique merit rewards for student excellence)
•  Athletic Banquet
•  Spontaneous Quality Checks for Compliance
