Interested in subbing for District 148?
Fill out an online application. Once your application is filled out, then contact Intermediate Service Center 4 (ISC4) at 708-754-6600 to start the process of getting your authorization letter. Once you have all the required forms completed from ISC4, call 708-841-2290 and ask for the Human Resources Department to complete the application process.
