Observation Resources

The SD148 Induction/Mentor Program provides beginning teachers with the opportunity to observe veteran teachers in the classroom. It also provides time for the beginning teacher to be observed by their building mentor. The coaching cycle is completed five times by the mentor and four times by the beginning teacher over the two year program. Our beginning teachers are also given the opportunity to visit another veteran teacher's classroom accompanied by their mentor in a co-observation activity
