An important message for District 148 families. In keeping with the State mandates, students in kindergarten, 6th grade and all those new to the District, regardless of grade, must present a current immunization record and a current physical. October 15, 2020 is the exclusion date designated by the State, despite the fact that many Illinois students are doing remote learning. To avoid your child being excluded the required forms must be on file with the school nurse by October 14, 2020. If your child has an appointment scheduled, or you have any other questions or concerns, please contact the nurse at your school.
