Each protege is assigned a building mentor to work with them as they complete the activities in the program. The building mentors observe the proteges on a regular basis in the classroom. The proteges also observe their building mentors on a regular basis. There is an Induction/Mentor Coordinator that is a full release teacher to oversee the program and provide monthly professional development to first and second year proteges along with building mentors.
