Winter Concert showcases
District 148 students’ talents

Dolton West Elementary District 148 Advanced Vocal Ensemble members, above,
and Concert Band members, below, entertained the audience with their music
during the Annual Winter Concert on Wednesday, December 21st
at Washington Junior High School.


Symphonic Band members, above, performed “Bobsled Run”
and “3-Minute Nutcracker.”

These Beginning Band percussionists played xylophones.
Dolton West Elementary District 148 students showcased their musical talents during the Annual Winter Concert at Washington Junior High School on Wednesday, December 21st.
Bands and Vocal Ensembles Directors Jennifer Fitzpatrick and Ronisha Dubose, respectively, led the District’s Beginning, Concert, and Symphonic Bands, Beginning and Advanced Vocal Ensembles, and the District 148 chapter of the Tri-M National Junior Music Honor Society in their performances during the evening program.
Mr. Leon Dubose accompanied the vocal ensembles on keyboard.
Members of the District 148 chapter of the Tri-M National Junior Music Honor Society also performed with Tri-M Advisor Mrs. Fitzpatrick and Co-Advisor Mrs. Dubose.

performed “Let it Snow.”

Bands Director and Tri-M Advisor Jennifer Fitzpatrick and
Vocal Ensembles Director, Tri-M Co-Advisor and music Teacher Ronisha Dubose
prepared the students for the Winter Concert and directed them
in their musical performances.

Guest performer Mr. Leon Dubose accompanied the
vocal ensembles on keyboard.
